An encounter with a injured adolescent Borg gives Picard the opportunity to remove the Borg threat forever.
Our Take
A quiet, thoughtful hour that hinges on one question: can a Borg be a person? Jonathan Frakes keeps things restrained, and the guest performance from the young actor playing Hugh makes you care about a character who barely speaks. The ending lands its moral dilemma without preaching. Slower than your average episode, but it earns that slowness. Worth your time.
