Summary
Captain Picard and the crew visit a isolate planet that is the home to two people who lived through a devastating attack. Picard then begins to suspect that all is not as it seems when the Enterprise is repeatedly attacked by a unknown ship.
Our Take
A quiet mystery episode that trusts you to sit with its strangeness, and the patience pays off. John Anderson and Anne Haney do lovely work as the elderly couple, and the final revelation lands with genuine weight rather than cheap shock. The slow build might test some viewers, but the ending earns it. Worth your time.
