Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Hal Jordan discovers that during his time in space, Earth got a replacement Green Lantern, the hard edged challenging Guy Gardner.
Our Take
Hal finally comes home expecting a warm welcome and instead gets Guy Gardner, who steals the episode with his cocky, punch-first attitude. The rivalry between the two Lanterns plays out with great comedic timing, and Guy turns out to be more than a one-note jerk. A fun, snappy change of pace that’s well worth a watch.
