A fun change of pace that gives Static a fellow teen hero to bounce off, even if She-Bang’s brash personality grates more than it endears. The villain plot is pretty thin and the ending wraps up too neatly, but the banter between the two leads carries the hour. Worth a watch for fans, though it won’t convert anyone new to the show.
