Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Richie’s been shot at school, and Static can only watch the paramedics take him away. Virgil then has to talk to a counselor about what happened. It all started with a classmate named Jimmy…
Our Take
This is a heavy, grounded hour that mostly ditches superhero action for a school shooting story, and it earns the seriousness. The counselor scenes give Virgil real room to feel guilt and anger, and the ending doesn’t offer easy comfort. Some of the bang baby stuff feels tacked on, but the emotional core lands hard. Worth your time, especially for younger viewers.
