Our Take
A strong villain-of-the-week hour that leans into the show’s sweet spot: a Bang Baby with a sympathetic backstory and powers that make for genuinely fun fight scenes. Slipstream’s tantrums get a bit repetitive, but the aerial battles give Static’s powers their best showcase yet. Virgil’s quips land more often than they miss. One of the season’s better entries and worth your time.
