Summary
Batman investigates the appearance of a werewolf like creature in Gotham, not realizing that the monster happens to be one of Bruce Wayne’s associates. Anthony Romulus, ex-Olympic champion. Behind the scheme is twisted chemist Professor Milo.
Our Take
A pretty routine monster-of-the-week outing that never rises above its B-movie premise. Romulus is too thin a character to care about, though Professor Milo makes for a decently creepy villain and the wolf effects in the climax look good. Watchable, but this is mid-tier Batman and you won’t miss much skipping it.
