Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Joker creates a toxin that affects only fish, mutating them into Joker fish. Then, he targets innocent men who refuse to copyright his Joker fish. The Joker also captures Harvey Bullock, and Batman must rescue him and foil the Clown Prince of Crime’s insane scheme.
Our Take
A goofy Joker premise that never quite commits to being funny or scary. The Joker fish gag is good for a chuckle early on, but the plot runs out of steam once it turns into a standard kidnapping story with Bullock stuck in the middle. Harmless fun with a few solid jokes, though weaker Joker outings like this one make his better episodes shine more.
